Sushi Video was founded in Denver, Colorado and is a collaboration of video and marketing teams led by director and owner Sidney Reed. Every crew member has experience in startups, Fortune 500s, Hollywood, and government industries at both the domestic and global levels.
MEET THE OWNER
Hi! I’m Sidney Reed, the lead director and owner of Sushi Video. After running my own solo company for several years, I expanded my business and rebranded into Sushi Video to hire more crew and offer more advanced services worldwide. I’ve done everything from work on feature films in Hollywood, to flying in helicopters in Montana for Silicon Valley startups, to pitching at billion dollar family offices in Dubai. And I love every minute of what I do! I also teach filmmaking courses at the University of Colorado Denver.
I currently live in Denver with my Doberman Pinscher Yen and enjoy adventures to the mountains in my 4Runner on weekends (to film documentaries, of course).

This gentle Doberman Pinscher is trained in over 50 commands, acts in short films, and is our company mascot. She guards the gear while we’re working and boosts morale during those long film shoots.

Said Cisneros-toledo • SOUND MIXER
Said dedicates himself to recording clean, high-quality audio on set. With a background in film & television production and a love for storytelling, he brings technical skill and a collaborative spirit to every shoot.
AMADEUS BENNETT • CINEMATOGRAPHER & EDITOR
Globe-trotter and video-editing guru, Amadeus can shoot in the field and cut in the studio with equal precision. His documentary filmmaking has taken him around the world.
JESSE GONZALES • CINEMATOGRAPHER & EDITOR
Jesse is a videographer and editor who has worked around the globe (such as Iceland and Dubai). He loves traveling, hoarding lenses, and pushing himself to level up.
VICKY VIEN • SOUND MIXER & DESIGNER
Vicky is equipped with the necessary experience (and fancy gear) to navigate all elements that a production requires for a smooth-sailing sound department. She’s passionate about collaborating with other filmmakers who seek to further BIPOC and LGBTQ+ representation on screen as well as behind the scenes.
OSCAR TELLEZ • MARKETING STRATEGY
Oscar brings operational marketing and sales experience, embracing the potentials of AI and new technology particularly in the medical space.
MARIA KOOP • PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Maria is a filmmaker with passion for naturalistic, expressive projects ranging from music videos to commercials to short films. She currently attends the University of Colorado Denver in their Film & TV Program.
